All of the pieces are designed by Erika Rosenbaum. The one-of-a-kind pieces are completely hand fabricated. The limited series work are a combination of designs originally sculpted in wax or through metal model, then cast in the lost wax method. All orders are executed with the utmost quality with a commitment to Made in the USA. If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact me to work out the problem. Jewelry is very personal and I hope the intended wearer enjoys this piece. 

 

 

Online Purchases & Availability:

 

Thank you for your purchase. If an item is "in stock" at the time of purchase it will be processed and shipped within 2-3 days.

We do our best to keep our online inventory up to date. Understandably some items may be "limited in availability" based on the handmade process or if it is a one-of-a kind item. As you know, computer monitors vary in display of color, so the color of a stone may vary slightly in shade.

Privacy

 

We take your privacy very seriously and will not share information unless it is strictly necessary to verify the information for the completion of the sale (i.e. via Paypal), with your permission.

 

 

Shipping

 

Shipping costs will be determined in real time at the point of sale based on the order. All shipments to include– insurance and signature required. Since the shipping costs can vary based on the value of the item, and if you have any special requests for how it is sent, this cost will be determined at the point of sale.

We ship by USPS Priority Mail - Flat Rate - with signature required and insurance through the Post Office. Delivery is usually 2-3 days from the shipping date anywhere in the USA. Most items are ready to ship and mailed within 3 business days, unless it is a custom order. Custom orders will take 3-6 weeks to ship depending on the request.

 

Return Policy & Refunds 

 

In the unlikely event that a return is requested, returns in original condition are accepted within 7 days for credit or exchange, unless it is a custom order. Returns are not accepted for custom or special orders. ALL returns or exchanges must be previously authorized by us at erdjewelry@ gmail.com If the problem is found to be a structural or manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace your item at no charge.

 

A buyer must ship the item back within 7 days, from the date the item was received, for a refund. The Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back. You must return the item in its original, unused condition with all its included items. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Warranty

 

All jewelry purchased is warranted for 6 months from date of purchase. Please note this warranty does not cover misuse, normal or excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft. PRIOR to sending an item back, contact ERD to discuss the problem and receive authorization to return. Additionally the warranty does not cover any damage to the gemstones, loss of gemstones, improper repair; alterations by other jewelers will void this warranty. Once orders have been placed, items are not changeable. Photos are enlarged to show detail, therefore, jewelry and gemstones may appear larger than actual size. Please refer o the description for size and please email any questions prior to ordering.
